Travel Concession for student.

• Students can obtain railway concession for going to their respective homes during summer vocations (Order No. Northern Railway: MCO/37/ dated 6.11.78)
• Students will not be given monthly season ticket (MST) during summer vocation.
• Bus concession will be given only during deepawali breaks/Summer breaks.
• Students, needing concession shall apply for the same atleast 7 days in advance from the date of journey

Scholarships

Following scholarships are granted by social welfare department and commissionarate, college education. 

1. Scholarships given by Social Welfare Department

a. Post matriculation scholarships:
Eligibility
1. Only OBC/SC/ST candidates of Rajasthan
2. Change of faculty is not allowed before or during the scholarships.  If the candidate changes the faculty, schlorship will discontinued
3. Provided to regular students only
4. He should not avail any other scholarship during the period of availing the scholarship
5. Not for part time course

B. Amount : All the eligible students will be provided following amended scholarship amounts

C. Income of Parents should not exceed 1,00,000 Rs. (1 lakh) per annum

D. Fees: Full fees will be refunded except caution money

E. Payments : Scholarship will be paid from April or from the month of Registration till  20th of every month and till completion of the exam.

F. Application: Application for scholarship will be given in the form provided at the time of admission for which following documents will be required.
            a. Passport size photo
            b. Attested photocopy of qualifying exam
            c. Certificate of cast (From Tehsildar)
            d. income certificate either on stamp paper having affidavit for private income     while salaried income of parents will be certified by the employer of parents.

G. Handicapped students of schedule cast and schedule tribes
            a. Readers allowance for blind students

            b. 100/- Rs. per month for transportation if the student is not a hostler.

            c. Scholarship for handicapped students blind, deaf and orthopeadically                        
            handicapped students.

2. Scholarships granted by commissionarate college education:
            a. National
            b. Needy and merit scholarship
            c. Scholarship for teachers children
            d. Woman excellence scholarship
            e. Scholarship for children of freedom fighter
            f. Deceased state government employees children

Specific instructions

1. Under the Govt. of India rules and regulations D.O. No. F-10-2/99 U.I dated 2.5.99 Ragging of new students is strictly prohibited either at the campus or outside the campus.
2. All the students of SC/ST/OBC/handicapped category obtaining scholarship shall open an account at State Bank of India, Sambhar Lake and account number for same shall be notified to the accounts section of the college.
3. Student must keep his identity card all the times with him during his presence at the campus since he may be asked to show it by staff/personnel of the college
4. College development committee:

      CDC is constituted under Rajasthan cooperative Society 1958 serial No. 12/2003-03 dated 8.4.2002 for the development , extension and progress of the colleges.  The funds are used for the benefits of over all development. It can be obtained from donors, trusts, industrialist, NGOs, MLA- MP or ex- students.
