The college was granted B+ grade by NAAC (UGC) in the year 2005.  The college is one of the few selected colleges in Rajasthan that have been granted B+ grade by NAAC.  The college is striving to get a grade higher than B+ in the next NAAC inspection.

1. The college has been granted the status of Model College.  The college will be developed according to the standards set by the state govt. and centre for excellence scheme.
2. Efforts will be made for the automation of college library.  Computerization of the library will be done in various phases.
3. All departments of the college, office etc. have been interconnected by intercom facility.
4. Efforts are being made to construct a stadium/auditorium with the financial assistance worth Rs. 1 crore from private sector.
5. The college website has been launched and information related to the college is available online.
6. College lawns and gardens will be developed
7. Efforts are being made to establish language lab , IT centre and knowledge centre.
8. Students will be oriented so that UGC approved career oriented courses can be run in the college.
